The Smart City Expo World Congress 2026 is the benchmark global summit for sustainable urban transformation and smart city technologies. This international stage will serve as the venue to unveil GentIA, the proprietary crowd management platform designed to redefine the paradigms of predictive simulation and crowd safety for large-scale gatherings. In today's complex urban ecosystems, safeguarding and managing human flows across critical infrastructure, transit hubs, and major events demand highly accurate analytical tools. GentIA addresses these needs by driving a paradigm shift away from conventional fluid-dynamic models—overcoming the simplification that treats crowds as homogeneous, passive masses—by converging the Digital Twin of physical environments with the Digital Twin of individual human beings.
