Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager / IT Project Manager, with responsibility for coordinating projects end-to-end;
• Good knowledge of the main Project Management methodologies and, preferably, experience in Agile environments;
• Solid understanding of IT systems, architectures, and technologies, with the ability to effectively interact with technical teams;
• Experience managing and coordinating cross-functional teams, internal stakeholders, and technology partners;
• Ability to translate business needs into requirements, project activities, priorities, and deliverables;

Gross Annual Salary: €40.000 – €50.000, depending on the candidate’s experience and skills.

We are looking for an Executive Assistant to work directly with the CEO, supporting daily operations, managing institutional relations, and accompanying the CEO to events, trade fairs, and corporate dinners. This role is central to the organization and coordination of strategic activities.

Responsabilities: 

• Manage the CEO’s calendar, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and business trips.
• Coordinate internal and external communications, including preparing documents, presentations, and reports.
• Attend events, industry trade fairs, partner meetings, and corporate dinners alongside the CEO.
• Support the management of relationships with clients, suppliers, and key stakeholders.
• Handle general administrative tasks: email management, document archiving, and administrative support.
• Oversee logistics for events and business trips, representing the company with professionalism and discretion

Requirements:

We are looking for a Process Analyst who will be responsible for supporting the definition, implementation, and continuous improvement of IT and organizational processes.

The successful candidate will work closely with IT and Agile teams, as well as business stakeholders, to analyze and optimize processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, risks, and inefficiencies. They will also be responsible for defining KPIs and controls, monitoring performance, and supporting audit and compliance activities.

The role also involves supporting IT Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance initiatives, as well as governance activities related to Cloud, AI, and digital services, contributing to the development of a culture focused on quality, security, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Contribute to the definition, implementation, and improvement of Quality Assurance processes, tools, metrics, and methodologies;
• Support IT and Agile teams in adopting organizational processes, frameworks, and best practices;
• Analyze IT processes and services, identifying opportunities for improvement, risks, and inefficiencies;
• Verify process compliance through audits, controls, and KPI monitoring;
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to ensure process effectiveness and the quality of deliverables;
• Support governance initiatives related to Cloud, AI, and digital services;
